We offer three customization paths: branding an existing robot platform, modifying a proven chassis, or developing a fully custom robot. Customers can order a mobile robot chassis only, an integrated drive platform, or a complete autonomous robot with sensors, navigation software, enclosure, charging system, and application modules.
Please provide the robot application, operating environment, payload, size limits, speed, runtime, terrain, slope, navigation method, communication interfaces, target quantity, budget, and expected schedule. Drawings, photos, videos, or an existing product specification can help us evaluate feasibility more efficiently.
Payload design must consider total weight, load dimensions, center of gravity, mounting position, acceleration, braking, and slope operation. Robot size, speed, and battery capacity are then balanced against aisle width, terrain, duty cycle, charging method, safety requirements, and required operating time.
The best drive system depends on terrain, payload, turning space, speed, and positioning accuracy. Differential 2WD is suitable for compact indoor robots; 4WD and 4WS provide better traction and outdoor mobility; Mecanum or omnidirectional drives support lateral movement; tracked systems are suitable for soft, rough, or uneven terrain.
Available options include LiDAR SLAM, visual navigation, GNSS/RTK positioning, UWB localization, IMU and encoder fusion, ultrasonic sensing, obstacle detection, path planning, route optimization, and autonomous docking. The final navigation solution is selected according to the operating environment, positioning accuracy, speed, and safety requirements.
